They found her a very good tenant and when this tenant leaves I am assuming in 2 years. My daughter said she will definitely used them again to advertise and do the background checks so they made it. So pain free. They found somebody very quick. They were professional in the way they ran the advertising and they had someone literally the next week. We will definitely use that agency again. My daughter will in the future. They were very good. They found such a good tenant, we don't have a problem with. They were very professional, efficient in the way located, they advertized, the back ground checks, they narrowed it down to two people and presented the information to my daughter and she was able to talk with them and asked some questions and we have a very nice young family and a very good tenant right now. If we live further away we would probably just have Bev Roberts agency just manage, we do not have them right now just because we are in commuting distance. We can get there if there is something we need to check out or she needs to check out.
