Description of Work: I had requested a quote to repair my existing Bathroom vanity light & Bedroom ceiling fan. Estimate was true and did not exceed, no money was collected up front and the job was completed in less than 2 hours. Great job!

+ 0 moreLee was on time each day. He was helpful in finding solutions to problems, like how to paint the tray ceiling and installed a railing to end off the chair rail. He was friendly and cleaned up. He always let me know what he was doing and when he would finish. I would definitely use him again not just painting but for any other handyman services.

Description of Work: We have a light on our porch that is impossible to reach to change the bulbs. We called several people, but had no luck finding anyone. A friend of mine recommended Lee and we called. He came and took care of it (which involved a special ladder that could be used on steps). He did not want to charge us at all. My husband insisted in paying his something. So he charged only $10.00.

+ 4 moreLee and his apprentice are true professionals and treat your home as his own. This was a huge project and the results are beautiful and excellently crafted. They are meticulous from start to finish and always pay attention to details. His response to any concern is immediate.
Description of Work: Refurbished an existing deck and dock. Removed all decking, railing and two corner posts on deck. Installed new railing, decking, corner posts and footers. Installed flashing under deck boards. Removed 2 layers of plywood, one layer of decking, and dock carpet on dock. Installed new dock boards. Hauled all old materials away. Prepared and powerwashed new materials on deck and dock in preparation for weatherproof stain. Stained deck and dock. Painted new cornerposts and band boards. Replaced all fixtures.

+ 6 moreLee and his crew are friendly, respectful, and work hard the entire time. If it needs to be fixed, Lee knows how to fix it. He's a very professional painter, but can also install a ceiling fan, repair a faulty faucet and take care of any other things that are on your "to do" list.
Description of Work: He removed very old wallpaper that had been re-stuck with Krazy glue (it took chunks out of the wallboard); wallboard repaired, primer applied, painting of ceiling, walls and trim done; wallpaper border applied. All done in two days and work was excellent.

+ 2 moreThe deck runs around two sides of the house and has steps down at three locations. It took five days and three visits, and was beautiful when done. Large oaks around the house had caused terrible staining, but now it looks like new again.
Description of Work: Power washed and stained very large deck with three-tier railing. He even pruned all the shrubs along the deck.
