Both the customer service team and Dave the electrician were AMAZING! First, we sent the email late one evening and that same evening we got a text response. The next morning they called. The same call gave us an estimate and possible date. My husband reviewed the estimate and we talked. We called them back on a Monday and Dave was here on Tuesday morning. He put in 3 pendant lights over our La he island and a large flush light over the kitchen sink. He was efficien, but careful. The lights look great! He arrived at 8:15 and he finished around noon. We HIGHLY recommend American Electrical.

Seriously a great guy and did exactly what I needed. Also made it look clean and like it was supposed to be on the house. I know for sure we will be using him again for any projects we end up wanting done. Thank you for everything!

All employees (office and on site) were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our property. Our project was a little tricky but they made great suggestions and we are very happy with the results.

The owner was great and got back to me in a timely manner. He fit me in which I believe may have cost a bit more to move up on his list but he was well worth it.

AES (Jake) was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Jake took on a near-impossible job for us (installing an enormous and heavy chandelier almost 30 feet up) and was able to get the job done, exceeding our expectations. We had multiple other companies come out to quote the job, and not only did Jake beat all of their quotes, but he was also the only one that followed through on the installation and everything he committed to. Highly recommend AES, and we will be using them in the future for any electrical jobs we have!

Took 1 1/2 hours to find problem that I told him was wrong when he first showed up. Took another hour to try and figure out how to fix it. Came back next day with helper and spent three hours more to sort of fix problem. Job should not have take more than two hours total. Did not fix correctly and even installed light switch upside down. I would not hire them to change a light bulb because it would take them a few hours and probably be the wrong light.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of AES but also by their friendliness. Jake came by to look the work needed and was open about what was required. His estimate beat the other three companies that I had received bids from. Tabitha was also very friendly and helpful in getting my work scheduled and completed before I had to leave on a trip, giving me peace of mind while I was away.
