This is the second kitchen remodel we have used this company for; however, it was sold after our first purchase and this review is for the new ownership. Selection was easy. Former owner came out and measured. Installation was not so good. Employees had to return after sections behind and in front of the cooktop were installed facing the wrong way. Employees left a mess. Granite grinding dust in cabinet hinges which I had to remove, soak and use pressurized air to clean, lots of debris under cooktop cabinet - just really sloppy. Granite was chipped under one edge. Kitchen island slab was not what we had picked out and had an obvious color difference (rust) on one edge. There was a slight measurement issue with an angled cabinet, but I understand this can be tricky so I let that go. New owner was very responsive to phone calls; however, there was never an offer to knock any of these errors off the final price. Someone was supposed to come out an re-glue the chipped piece, but it is now April and this still hasn't occurred. (installation was in January). So basically, I paid full price for a deal of errors. A simple offer to discount for their mistakes would have made this review much more favorable because I understand that mistakes do happen. Its how you correct them that makes the difference. We will consider using this company again for some other projects but will definitely consider other companies as well. UPDATE 9/30/13: Owner contacted me in June about making the situation right. He was very responsive and wanted to take steps to ensure that previous mistakes were not repeated. The ball was dropped at some point by his staff and he was not aware that the repairs requested enough were not completed. I felt it only fair that I post a follow-up so that Angie's List members can be aware of this company's willingness to make things right. We have a couple of other projects coming up that we will strongly consider using Glenn's company for.

We picked out (2) granite slabs that really caught our eye at European stone about 6 weeks before our new cabinets arrived and were installed , our names were put on the slabs to hold our selection. They came to our home to template the stone for cutting within a couple days of our completion of the cabinet installation. They had the counter tops fabricated, delivered and installed in a week after the template visit. Beautiful workmanship on the stone and a flawless installation. Their price was very competitive with the much larger stone shops in the state. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient and really a pleasure to work with .

We found the "T" support brackets a bit pricey at $75.00 but didn't have the time to shop around. I suggest the company be a bit more reasonable on these items. Overall a very good experience.
