Avalon Builders recently redid my screened-in back porch, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. From the start, Robert made everything feel easy; he was always quick to respond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and knew what they were doing. I appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification, Robert or his foreman Ayden, was right there with answers. The finished porch looks fantastic! If you're considering getting work done, I highly recommend Avalon Builders.

I got a custom garden house made. This was not a storage shed but a space to spend time in quiet contemplation, surrounded by nature and peace. The man who gave me a quote was forthright about the cost, and a few changes to the cost as the build progressed. Garden shed was still in pristine condition when I sold the property.

They did an awesome job redoing our bathroom. Helped us think through the layout and design. The work was done fast and perfect!

Avalon remodeled our kitchen. Robert and his team did an excellent job. They helped us with design, took us to go see our counter top stones in person before we chose. The whole process was efficient and easy. We love our new kitchen.

I was told that the window that was in my original shower would be removed. Needless to say that the window is still there and now when you look at the window in the shower all you see in 2x4 from the addition. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I also felt like he had so much going with other jobs that he could keep things straight of what he was suppose to do on my project. I do see that she will start something and then will not be back on the job for weeks on end.

Robert and his team were great. There was excellent and consistent communication about the schedule, any days where they might not be coming during the timeframe, and when to expect completion. We appreciated their patience in helping us make decisions when we needed to, and I believe they took a personal interest in giving us exactly what we wanted. Our long-term satisfaction was meaningful for them. We would hire them again for other projects, and we are looking forward to warmer weather to make full use of this outdoor space!

Young company but apparently a well experienced principal and workers.

We wanted a little mother-in-law cottage/guest house added to our country home. Avalon Builders was the most professional contractor we spoke with, and similar quotes to other companies. Followed the plans we had already commissioned to the letter. Mr. Stenson crew was respectful of the rest of the property.

Robert was a dream to work with. He was patient with my endless questions. Not only did he meet our expectations, he completed the job in a timely fashion. His professionalism was a breath of fresh air. We love our new basement!

The price was on par with our other bids, Robert very communicative throughout the process. They took care of everything from drawings to permits to completed project. We love our new basement!
