My heat pump failed during the recent heat spell and could not be repaired . Keith came out within 2 hours of my call and they were able to replace my unit with a high efficiency Trane System the next business day at a fair price . They did great work and kept me informed every step of the way . I highly recommend !

Tilley's carried high quality Trane heat pumps. Installation is professional & the price was reasonable. My electric bill went down noticeably the next month. I was able to get a rebate for installing an be efficient heat pump. After installation it took a few calls to have them call me back. I needed information - the heat pump worked very well.

Tilley's HVAC Mechanical Services installed a new Carrier Furnace and Bryant/Carrier Heat Pump at a price much lower than another competitor's bid price. My new heat pump is quiet running and performs very well even in sub 20 degree temperatures. Installation was professionally done in just a few hours. The workers thoroughly cleaned up after themselves leaving no debris. Also, along with Carrier's 10 Year Manufacturer Warranty on Parts, Coil, and Compressor, Tilley's HVAC provides their own "One Year Labor Warranty" "on the new equipment to allow it to go through a complete Heating and Cooling season to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied." I'm very please with my new Heat Pump & Furnace system. I would definitely recommend Tilley's HVAC Mechanical Services.

The employees replaced the heat pump and blower unit downstairs and did not leave a single item that needed to be picked up or cleaned....Very responsible crew....

Had a Trane A/C - Furnace combo unit installed by them. Most unprofessional work I have ever seen in my life. 1st, they ruined our brickwork by making an extremely large hole. Was told after the fact that their bit locked up, so they decided to use. Then young worker attempted to just fill hole with brick pieces and caulk. They ran line set loose and diagonally with no strapping. Sloppy caulk job around electric box. Wire hanging with no slack. Wrong intake grate and if we didnt ask we wouldn't have found out it was because it was all their suppliers had in stock. Left a huge mess. Worst of all, they avoid you at all cost and dont call you back. Owner (Keith Tilley) said he would have all fixed, but still hasn't returned call, text or email. He said he would be at initial install, but never showed. Total Nightmare! Use a different contractor!

Best price. Keith is very fair and knowledgeable explained all details, very courteous. His service team was the best, on time , efficient, courteous, neat and cleaned after themselves. I got a Trane and am very pleased with it. I highly recommend Tilley's HVAC.

They did not get the necessary permits. They haven't completed the inspection work. No follow up on installation was done to see if it was installed properly. Not good about returning phone calls.

Replaced our heat pump very fast and did a great job! Price seemed right as well.

Had 4 ductless HVAC units added to my upstairs bedrooms. Keith was one of the few contractors that priced me exactly what I wanted which were my units. Tilley s was by far the best price for the work and his team of service techs were here within a week and completed all work within 1 day. Those guys did a great job and were highly professional. I highly recommend Tilley s for any HVAC work.

My previous review I thought was for Tilley s. All was good and very professional! So looking forward to enjoying new system!!!
