Very professional, because of the traffic he was running late and called to let me know. When they got here he went right to work and did what was requested. The price seemed fair but I did not get a quote from anybody else.

Mr. Tilley came to fix my AC unit as soon as I called him. He was very professional and even called back a few weeks later to confirm that everything was still functioning properly. He is the best serviceman I have worked with in the Roanoke area and I would definitely recommend him to others! I also appreciate that he does not charge a fee just to come out to look at the problem. He only charges for the work he performs. Excellent service!

We also had them replace our furnace and we were given a great deal for the two of them. They came out one afternoon and by the next afternoon both units were replaced with minimal noise or problems. They took the old units away which helps and we are very pleased with the work that was done and the workers that were here to do the work.
