Had 2-20 year old heat pump systems replaced...one in the attic, one on lower floor. Keith sent 4 guys out and they were done in about 7 hours. They worked very efficiently and did a first class install including cleanup. They were prompt, polite and worked well together. Very pleased with the job.

Replaced boiler circulating pump, they were half the cost of a previous estimate and did great work despite my 1960 s boiler giving them trouble. Highly recommend them, their customer service pays for itself

These guys were great! I had expected it to take weeks to get scheduled to have a new gas furnace put in and get rid of fuel oil. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get the job done and finished in one day! It's so much quieter and the AC works wonderfully! Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend them! They were also very reasonable, I truly felt appreciated as a customer and not trying to be taken advantage of as other companies do. Most excellent job! I will definitely be telling everyone this is the only place to go to!

We recently used Tilley's HVAC Mechanical Services to install a heat pump and replace the air handler and we are very pleased with the results. I ran into Keith Tilley in a chance meeting at a local bank as he was servicing their unit and we set up an appointment for an estimate at my house. I had already gotten several estimates locally, one being Wood's Heating and Air. Keith came out to my house and looked things over and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. To my surprise, Keith's estimate came in about $1500 cheaper than Wood's Heating and Air. Not only was this company going to save me money, I was also getting a top notch Trane XLi 16 seer heat pump. I informed Keith that I was going with his company and he came out within 2 days and installed the heat pump and air handler. Keith's crew was very professional and hard working. They finished the job in about 5 hours and did not leave a mess behind. I would highly recommend Tilley's HVAC Mechanical Services to anyone needing the types of services they provide. Keith Tilley returned my call promply, and we set up an appointment. He recommended for my home a Trane 18i heat pump and air handler. The system is very efficient my electric bill dropped less than half. His crew did a very neat and perfect installation. We highly recommend Tilleys Heating & a/c.

Keith Tilley and his crew installed a new Trane XR-95 gas furnace and A/C unit with all the duct work. They were very professional and always on time. The crew cleaned up after they left and were very neat. I highly recommend this company.

We had a really bad previous experience with a different large vendor in Roanoke. Mr. Tilley was responsive, quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Our AC is working 110% better than our last unit.

They called and came by on a Sunday afternoon promptly after I was on HomeAdvisor. He came and checked things (complaining the whole time about how busy he was), he told me my compressor unit needs cleaning and probably a fuse needs to be changed in the air handler. I was told someone would contact me on Monday to do the service. The compressor unit would not come on, and now after him being there, the air handler fan would not come on (it worked before he checked it). I checked the air handler and found the blown fuse and changed it. I also found that the condensation pan was full of water and a float switch that shuts off the compressor unit if pan is full. I got the pan to drain, and magically the unit started working again. No one called the next day (Monday) like they were supposed to, so I called them and again was told someone would call me. NOPE. I went and got a cleaning solution for my compressor unit and cleaned it myself. I have not heard a word from them.

My central air conditioner stopped blowing cold air yesterday and the outside unit's fan was not working. I was terrified that the whole thing would have to be replaced because after my dad died in 2008 there has been no maintenance at all done on the unit.my mom and dad built this house in 1998 so that's almost 20 years of no maintenance. Anyway, I Googled for air conditioning help and homeadvisor.com was the first website to come up. So I stated my problem and my address and Tilley's Heating/Cooling was one of 3 companies that were near by. I entered more info and 5 minutes later Keith Tilley called. I called him back several minutes later and he was close to my home and said that he wanted to come by that it sounded like or it might be a quick fix. He arrived and looked at the outside unit and by the sound it was making alone he knew what it probably was. He was right! He removed the part, the compressor I think, he had one on his truck, he replaced it and voilà...the fan on the AC unit started up. I am so flippin' grateful and happy. It was 87 in my home before he left. I am now chillin' like a villain...lol... Thank you sooooooo much Keith I will be calling you for gas furnace repairs and maintenance soon...!!! Yvonne
