Bayshore installed the outside unit in the wrong location, left holes in the home from the wrong installation, but far worse, they simply couldn't get the system to operate properly. Basically, this company sold an expensive and complicated unit they could not install correctly. According to the manufacturing company York, the duct work was the wrong size resulting in numerous problems and failures. The company was non responsive, very expensive and incompetent.
Description of Work: The company was contracted to install a complete home HVAC system, including advanced heating, air conditioning, humidifier, thermostat, filters, and all metal duct work.

We value each and every one of our customers and we pride ourselves on making quality our first priority. We are active member of the BBB and hold an A+ rating. Member did not contact us to discuss any issues or complaints but instead went through the BBB at which point we were notified that he had an issue. This scenario involving Member was very complex as many parties were involved but we did resolve Member's complaint through the BBB.
