They were able to work this emergency repair in earlier than he had told me it would be. So, that was a good thing. They run a good Christian business and you can trust him to do a good job at a fair price. I will definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing done.
Description of Work: I had a hot water supply line going to the bath tub that was leaking under a concrete floor.

Woke up to water leak from piping to Hot Water heater as well as a seized up valve that would not allow me to turn the water off from the water heater so had to turn off the main. Alec calls me back and advises that he will be at our house after church. He normally does not work on Sundays but with upcoming storm he said he would come out and take a look. He arrived by 1:00 timeframe and problems solved by 2:00 with additional help and suggestions for other issues If you are looking for a fair, respectful, and knowledgeable plumbing service then use A.T. Plumbing. No need to look elsewhere if within the Botetourt area. Great service!!

Description of Work: I am a plumber's daughter and used to answer calls for my father and occasionally dispatch the plumbers so in some small way I have insight into the plumbing business. With that said, I used A&T Plumbing company multiple times while I lived in Roanoke. Now, I live about an 1 1/2 away and unfortunately they do not travel to my current location. These people are completely ethical. They will diagnose your problem and fix what is needed and there is no fear that they will try to sell you something that you do not need. Not only that, their prices are relatively low and they are very friendly. Much of the work that they had been doing for me involved cleaning the drain from the kitchen sink into the basement which had a tendency to get clogged. They cleared the clog and have told me that eventually the pipe would have to be replaced. They encouraged me to do it sooner rather than later but given my budget limitations they told me that they could keep coming out every year or two until the pipe underneath the basement floor completely corroded and then explained to me the cheapest way that they could replace it. They also gave me many helpful tips about preventing the drain from clogging in the first place. No fear with this company.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my tub. It had to be repaired. It was done very quickly and there was no mess left afterward. My only problem was that he was supposed to call me back regarding an estimate for additional work, and I have yet to hear from him. What he did was excellent.

The AT Plumbing folks were great - experienced with older plumbing and had no problems dealing with the non-standard fittings and previously jerry rigged drain. They worked quickly and were very pleasant.

Description of Work: You won't find a better plumber. We were doing a master bath renovation and used A & T Plumbing four different times during the process. This husband and wife team was prompt, reliable, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They put in two complete sink faucets including new cut off valves and all new faucets in our new granite countertop. They installed the shower components and installed a spa tub sprayer, drain and faucet set. Unlike many other companies we dealt with in this process, they took pride in their work, wanted us to be very pleased, and even cleaned up carefully. I have recommended them to others with the same successful results.
