+ -1 moreWe had some problems getting the specs right on some of the low voltage equipment. That caused a delay in finishing the project. It wasn't any big thing for us but it was not as clean and efficient as we would of liked. The guy is wonderful to deal with. He is a nice fella. He always had enough help with him to get things done. We can't complain. It wasn't cheap.
Description of Work: He installed a fan, some outlets, some lighting, and a low voltage system for the lights for our new deck, stairs, and railings.

Description of Work: Mike has done work for us three different times. He has installed light fixtures, a bathroom heater, ceiling fan, installed a new sub-panel, and also quoted us on a dedicated power line for our outdoor generator. In all cases Mike has been extremely responsive, professional, and clear in his cost estimates and follow up. His work is of high quality and is within the time frame indicated. Mike is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. His son is in the family business, and all of Mike's employees reflect the high level of quality that Mike himself displays. In one case when something didn't work quite properly, Mike came back to make the adjustment on a Saturday without any issues.
