The technician arrived on time and went right to work. He has apparently found and corrected the problem because everything is working perfectly.

I called at 8am when office opened, receptionist took my information & returned a call a few hours later to let me know my request was scheduled that same afternoon. This was during a heat wave with temperatures above 100! I received an email when the technician was on his way with his name & information. Technician arrived promptly, was very curteous & polite, & knowledgeable. He asessed the unit, found the issue, replaced the capacitor & the unit was running in less than an hour. By far the best service repair experience I have ever had & would definitely use again.

Jessie patiently took me through all the steps necessary to program the thermostat. He then had me do the programming myself to insure I fully understood. EXCELLENT!

Our upstairs unit was not keeping temperature the night before and on the heals of one of the hottest, most humid days I placed a call thinking that I would be waiting a couple of days before we would be able to have someone come out to take a look. Much to my surprise, my call was answered by a young lady who provided superior customer service. My call was answered they checked and rearranged their schedule and i was told they would be here between 11 and 1:30. The service technician arrived at 1 pm and we received outstanding service and were extremely pleased . He answered all my questions and provided service you just do not find anymore. We have signed a service contract with Nelson's which is something we usually do not do, you can't go wrong for the response time, service or price. We are EXTREMELY happy Thank you Nelson's.

Overall very well. They used a quality product (American Standard) and for the price we were happy with the product. Their customer service and communication is severely lacking, but they did eventually respond to our questions and concerns. For example, they almost placed our outdoor unit in the wrong spot, and didn't check with us beforehand. It was only because we questioned why their boxes were in the wrong area. Then, they had to make a change to how it was set up and we were NEVER notified before it was already done. Though I understand the need to change, they should have checked with us first. They guys that were here everyday were very nice and did a great job.

Got it done while we were out of town and accommodated us perfectly. A true professional in every way. Completely trustworthy and capable with state of the art equipment and skills. We highly recommend Nelson's HVAC and are delighted we have found out about them. It is indeed comforting to know locally owned and owner operated service providers of this quality still exist and are available. We will use them exclusively in the future.

We were extremely impressed with the promptness, customer service, and price of work done.

Technician arrived on time and went right to work. He cleaned parts of the main furnace that I think had never been cleaned before. He then focused on the heat pump for the second floor and spent time servicing it. He the recommended some electric cut off switches in the event of water overflow from the unit. I thought his suggestions made excellent sense and had him install them. He then checked the freon levels. I was very satisfied that he did a thorough job.

I called on Monday and they sent someone out in a few hours! The technicians came and were very polite and professional. They looked at the unit and 5 minutes late knew what the problem was. They didn't know for sure if they had the part in the shop so they would call me and let me know if they would be back that day or early in the morning. Called right away and set appt for next morning.

Discovered a leak in drain line off air handling unit in attic. unfortunately the leak was inside the wall of the house near floor level. Tech came out, we walked the issue, and he came up with a great solution to plumb the drain into another line and use a pump to move the water over. This was fast and easy, and is working great. I went from dreading what it was going to take to fix this (tearing up walls, etc) to be repaired in ~ 2 hours. The service was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again
