The tech that came out was great and helpful. Being new homeowners he gave us the peace of mind we needed and reassurance we needed.

Customer service was amazing. The technician was knowledgeable and quick. The only issues were we were told one thing by the tech and another by someone else on the phone... communication within the business does not seem to be that great, causing broken guarantees. Although we have noticed a slight difference, we still have flies present after 7 days since the initial spray.

He was professional and efficient. Took care of our property quickly. Was very understanding and worked around our chaos.

Guy came and sprayed around the yard, in the house. Literally took him 5 minutes. Still encountering a lot of bugs outside and lots of fleas (which wasn't covered I guess) inside the house. I was shocked he did my 1400 sqft interior in 5 minutes. Just sprayed baseboards!

We have been very pleased with the services by Landlock. They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. When we struggled with getting rid of fleas, they offered a third courtesy treatment which was exceptional treatment. Today, upon request, Daniel, our technician, checked for termites for no extra charge. Their prices are reasonable too. They are a 5 star company!

I didnâ t give them a five yet because Iâ m not sure if all the carpenter ants are gone. As of yet

I have had good experiences with this company. The communication is top-notch. They called and emailed me to make sure I knew they were coming, when the service was complete, and to follow up with the invoice. More businesses could learn from their communication model. As far as service, the technicians (including our last one, Matt P.) have been polite and respectful and thorough. I haven't had issues which required a call back, so that's a good sign that their treatments are working.

Did a great job eliminating a ground yellowjacket nest in my yard and were very reasonably priced.
