From start to finish it went so smoothly. He was on time for everything and very respectable. He is a very honest and trustworthy guy and made me feel at ease through the whole job. I have recommended James to other people who have had issues with mold and I will continue to do so.
Description of Work: James came and evaluated the mold in our basement. He explained the proper mold remediation process, what chemicals and materials he was using to remediate the mold and sent me an estimate the same day. As soon as we signed the contract with him he started work promptly the same day and time that was specified In the contract. He let us know everything he was doing and was very courteous and polite. He finished the job on time and correctly. His prices are very reasonable and he knew what he was doing. James is a very knowledgeable and you could tell he knew his job very well.
