John showed up a few minutes late, but apologized. He moved all my belongings around and began spraying my basement. He was here for 2 hours. He set up a machine and explained what he had done. He would be back in a couple days to do an air test and pick up the machine. John did everything he said he would. It was comfortable talking with him and asking questions.
