We are putting our home up for sale and I wanted everything spotless and fresh. I first called another local company that advertises all the time on the radio and in local newspapers. They would not give me a price quote on the phone but said a team would come by the next day on their way back from another job to look at the areas to be cleaned. They came by and quoted $220.00 so I called Esquire and they quoted me the $185 on the phone so I scheduled with them. The 2 men showed up on time, hooked up their equipment, spot treated first and then went to work. They did a fantastic job and were gone in a little over an hour. In about 4 hours everything was totally dry. The workmen were very courteous and considerate. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to any and all!!

After a devastating kitchen fire at the home of my mother and father we reached out to Esquire Services for their help to begin the cleaning and restoration process. After placing the call, Esquire sent staff to the home within a few short hours of the fire. The staff were kind and gentle with my parents who were very emotional and exhausted at the time. They walked through the home and began surveying the needs. There patience and attentiveness were impeccable! Unfortunately, EVERY item, nook and cranny had to be cleaned due to smoke and soot damage which spread throughout the 6,000 square foot interior of the home. By the afternoon of the fire the first Esquire trucks arrived to begin cataloging and removing the items for cleaning. This home is filled with handmade antique hardwood furniture, family heirlooms over 80 years old and other delicate and irreplaceable items. My parents were concerned that many items would not be able to be fully restored and would be lost to the fire. However, the knowledgeable and experienced staff at Esquire persevered and after a few weeks of persistent cleaning every rug, carpet and upholstered furniture piece returned to almost brand new condition. Upon delivering the items back to the home the staff were patient and willing to assist with not only bringing the items back into the home but helping to arrange the rooms as they were before the fire. This was a tremendous service as my parents are near 70 years of age and unable to handle the heavy lifting and pulling. Esquire Services worked seamlessly with the insurance company and other vendors throughout the restoration process. We were kept informed on a continual bases as to their progress. It was a pleasure to work with them during such a difficult time. I am thrilled to say the restoration process is complete and my parents home looks brand new! Thanks in part to the great staff at Esquire Services. Both my parents and I will continue to use their services in the future.
