This is an addendum to a previous good review. Mr Webb did an average to good job maintaining several acres of land. The problem came with invoicing. Mr Webb likes to text invoices. Mr. Webb texted me an invoice while I was out of town and demanded immediate payment. After mailing the check, I advised him that due to the holiday season mail volume and also the location from which it was being mailed, the check could take longer to arrive. Long story short, Mr Webb demanded payment and told me he was going to place a mechanics lien on my house. All of this drama was taking place within 3 weeks of the invoice. He did receive the mailed check and it cleared my account. I was a repeat customer who had payed him thousands of dollars in the past in a timely manner. He was always more expensive but did a nice job. I will not use him again nor recommend him as there are other companies who recognize the value of repeat customers. Also no one is good enough to risk a lien being placed on your property on a whim.
