Ryan did the actual cleaning, under Dad's constant coaching, and they really work well as a team. Michael too time to explain what I could do to maintain my light-color Berber carpeting, and strongly suggested that I go no longer than 12 months between cleanings. He explained that the high-quality product Ryan applied would turn to powder after it fully dried, and that I'd need to vacuum that powder up. Good to know. I felt very confident that they both did a quality service, and my carpet looks much better, though not "as new". I was very happy with the results, and will want to keep using The Carpet Medic annually.

I'm sure it was all lovely. I would use them again.

Ryan arrived on time and was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing and was careful to do a test spot first due to the special grout I had in my kitchen. He was fast but thorough and a polite, pleasant and down the earth young man (he works for his father, the owner of Carpet Medic). The end result was a remarkable, sparkling, improvement. I am SO happy I had this done - I could never have gotten it that clean if I spent days on it. This is a wonderful service for anyone with dingy grout. My bathroom tile/grout is 19 years old and has never been professionally cleaned and it looks brand new now. My kitchen looks brand new as well, and hasn't been this clean since the day it was installed. They use a high pressure water/ vacuum machine after applying a special cleaning agent and letting it sit. I highly recommend this service and company.

Gentleman was quick with the cleaning. He was very respectful.

He was on time. He was polite and very professional. He didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need and even gave us a discount on the pet treatment since we were getting so much other work done. He responded quickly to our message we left for him after hours (called the very next morning). He did an excellent job and was able to remove all but one stain and took care of any pet odor. The carpet was very clean and it smelled wonderful. We plan to use him for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future and will recommend him to any friends and family that require the services he provides. Bonus: He knows A LOT about carpet care and gave us good tips until we need him again.

I bought a big deal two years ago and he was terrible; it was the worst one I have ever had. That is why I remember it so well. I probably would not have remembered it so well it if had gone nice and smooth, but it did not go nice and smooth. He had his son with him and he quoted me about $150. As soon as he came out to the house he saw a dog door in the house, it is a rental property, I rented it for a year. Then he said if he was going to do the work he would have to add another $100 to it because he had to spray for pet dander, or something like that. So he has to add another $100 to the fee because I had pets. I told him I don't have pets and that it was a rental property. They have a dog door because their used to be a dog here but that was before me. He said he had to spray something and that we had something on the carpet that looks like pet dander. I told him I did not have any pets, but he was lying; he was terrible. He is a scam artist. Don't ever ask for him again, never. He fought me on the price. After I was told me the price would be one thing he tried to charge me more so I told him I was not going to have any spray or anything like that. He was not going to do that for me. The price was not good because he did not want to honor it.

The workers arrived when they said they would. They had a van mounted carpet cleaner. Time was taken to move light furniture. Information was given on how to care for carpets, keeping warranty from manufacturer, and repair of carpets. Would call this company again.

They are a father and son team who were both personable, professional and even gave me a discount for the next service I get.

The boys showed up on time, they came to the house in a van mounted steam cleaner. The equipment was very clean.. The hardworking workers with one pre-treating and the other starting the cleaning. I learned more about carpeting then I ever knew. Information was given on extending the life of the carpet and its Warranty . Also learned about what breaks down the pile of carpet.. Offered for a small fee the chance to stretch carpet.. When they left my carpets were so clean and dried in a six hour window as promised . I will call this company again

He arrived just barely in the two hour window, but it was on time. He advised me what items he offered would help me have a more successful outcome, and got right to work. They were really fast and efficient, and I was so happy to see the old stains were removed. Took a bit longer than 6.5 hours to dry--in fact, we still have some dampness today, but everything looks so nice. No more wrinkles, spots or stains, and I feel rejuvenated and ready to clean everything out and start fresh! I highly recommend

He was professional and very knowledgeable. He gave a lot of good tips and his pricing is also very reasonable. We are more pleased with the results than we had with Stanley Steamer. It was a wet carpet clean and it did not take very long to dry.

The not only cleaned all the carpets they also moved a damaged section from a living room into a bedroom closet. When they were done the carpets were very clean and now longer smelled like the dogs that had been living in the house. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

He went well. He explained each step of the process he was doing as it related to carpet cleaning. He also made suggestions on what could be done to extend the life of the carpet. Very professional.

I don't think they looked as clean as in the past when I'd used other companies. They were very flexible in the timeline due to my hectic schedule ans I was very thankful for that absolutely. I can't say that the additional pet treatment really worked.

They informed me that they do not offer stain removal. I have decided not to use the deal.

Bought the sale service for $200.00 then was told when the appt was scheduled that if I had a dog it was an extra $20 - PER ROOM. Ouch. He insisted on treating rooms the dog was never in... also got annoyed when I reviewed the work and asked him to get to missed spots. Furniture must be moved and carpet completely cleaned. You don't miss spots (I understand the carpet needs to dry but furniture can be moved to allow all spots to dry). That all said he was pretty professional and gave some tips for future carpet care. The real turnoff was the extra $20/room, though.
