Description of Work: We had additional work done beyond the special offer; 2 extra rooms, furniture cleaning, stain removal and scotch guard. contractor did a thoroughly professional job.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, the first date they gave me to clean my carpets was past the time I really needed it. They did call back a couple hours later when they had an unexpected opening but I had already scheduled a different company. The person I talked to was understanding and really nice--Thanks.

Description of Work: Cleaned a whole house of carpeting that was very dirty. They did an excellent job and I plan to use them on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Mike and his son came to clean my two light green microfiber sofas, which had never been professionally cleaned ( in 6 years). When I asked Mike about purchasing the protectant, instead of automatically selling me on it, he said to wait and see how well the sofas clean up. Well, they cleaned up great and look like new! ( so I did purchase the protectant). The stains I didn't expect to come out were removed after they went over them several times. There was even a red ink stain that seemed to "release" as we talked afterward, so they brought the vacuum back in and got most of that stain out. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet far better than I expected. Good thorough service. |They only have cleaning supplies, no vacuum equipment, so you must pre vacuum prior to cleaning. Not a drawback, as far as I'm concerned. |Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: In addition to steam cleaning up to seven rooms (which covered our entire two bedroom condo) for the Angie's List Deal ($179), he stretched an area of carpet that had pulled away from a sliding door and applied a top shelf protectant to the entire carpet area for an additional $150. Mike and his son were professional and thorough in their work and provided answers to all of our questions.

Description of Work: got a whole house rug cleaning deal (approx $200), and had to add $$ for extra rooms and dog odor elimination. he also stretched the carpeting in some places to make the carpet tight again. was well worth the extra $300 paid.

Description of Work: Great job. Would hire again. However, was told carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours (definitely within 8-10), and carpets remained moist in many areas for over 24 hours. Overall though professional and good service.

Description of Work: Clean grout on large floor over 400 sq ft. The grout hadn't been cleaned since installed over 10 years ago. The grout came clean in almost all places. They worked a few stubborn areas by hand. I was impressed and the floor looked new and beautiful again, | |They also cleaned the carpet and stairs in a room that was almost 500 sq feet. It came back to life. | |I would highly recommend their service.
