Description of Work: Bought the deal for 5 rooms $115. Added another room and protective spraying (like Scotch-gard) for all, then decided to add upholstery cleaning at the last minute, which Mike offered and had time to complete. Very happy with results (carpets look great & especially upholstery) and the job was done in a timely manner. Mike, the owner, is a very talkative guy and he knows a lot about carpet cleaning and stain removal, among other things. Mike's son, Evan is a super hard worker and he did most of the work and heavy lifting. All in all, I feel much better knowing this is one huge task out of the way for Spring!

Though carpet cleaning can be a very physical job I have been trained well, as my father has been working in this business for over 20 years, mostly on his own. Having trained me to complete most jobs on my own now allows him to be able to provide the customer with plenty of knowledgeable information on how to take care of their carpets the right way and be able to make them last the longest amount of time, something he would not be able to cover sufficiently if he did not have a partner who was able to handle the work of the job on their own. All in all, we have become a great team that allow each other to provide the customer with the best experience possible, through knowledge and service! Description of Work: It was a father and son duo. The son did all the work while the father talked at me constantly even though I told him I was trying to get work done (I teach and had grading to do). The man was insufferable, offering all kinds of unwanted advice. He bullied me into getting extra treatments for my carpets that I hadn't really requested. I would never use this service again, and I cannot recommend that anyone else do so either.

I never bullied you or any other customer into anything! when you have dogs there are things I have to go over, because if I don't later when your carpet smells like crap because you didn't treat it properly, you will blame me. once I go over the cons of not treating the carpet and you say you don't care and sign off on my responsibility. I have done my job and covered myself. its also not my fault you decided to do your grading at the same time you scheduled me to be there when I needed to discuss the job at hand.
