He was very knowledgeable with the carpet cleaning process. He went above and beyond what I expected and moved a few small furniture items and cleaned into closet areas. He worked at a reasonable pace and did a good thorough job. I have already recommended to a friend and I would definitely use his service in the future. Very pleased with he results.

+ -1 moreCalled over phone and asked him to give me estimate. Price was fair, he was courteous and professional. Didn't take credit cards, but met me to pick up a check. Went to my rental property, and it wasn't unlocked like I thought it was. Was courteous and offered to reschedule. Came back and did a good job. Went above and beyond to treat and retreat a carpet area that my previous renters really stained up. Took time to make sure my AC and fans were on to properly dry the carpet. I would use again. He is the owner/operator.

The original price was $129.95 but I opted for pet treatment for two rooms ($20/room). He said if I paid for 3 rooms he'd do the pet treatment for the whole house- well worth it!! The job didn't take very long and the carpets looked GREAT afterwards! I would use him again in a second!

+ -1 moreThe appointment was scheduled for 11.00am. Michael called ahead @ 10.30 as promised and reported that he was running late and would be arriving at 12.00. He arrived at 12.15. He looked around and explained his analysis of the carpet condition. The carpet had some heavy wear from a small dog and soiling/urination. Michael recommended extra treatment and remediation which we agreed to have done. He was very professional and expert as well as very customer oriented. Furniture was moved and put back on pads. The carpet looks brand new. We are very satisfied.I would recommend his work and plan to have him back in 6 months for a touch up.
Description of Work: We had a 2br. townhouse condo cleaned and scotch guarded.
