Description of Work: After speaking with the provider, answering all questions, paying the charge which was reasonable,I was giving the last directions ( I had given my address early on )and told him that I lived on the 16th floor, he said he could not reach that high as he didn't have the additional machine which was needed. |He was very professional. Would use him if possible. My payment was refunded. |

Description of Work: Found the Carpet Medic on Angie's list and they did a super job!!!! Had them clean my carpets for a move out inspection for a rental. They were able to work their magic on a few stains around the house. After he was done the carpets looked better than when we moved in. Also he showed up in scrubs like a Dr. I thought that was a great little touch.
