I needed a company that could provide stainless steel counter tops that I could install myself. I recieved an immediate answer explaining that it was not something that they could do. The amazing thing is that they went to the trouble of calling their suppliers to try to find someone for me. If I ever need HVAC work done, I will definitely call them.

We have two separate units in our home. The blower on each unit was not turning on. This had happened on one of the closest nights of the season. It happened during the night. The thermostate was set to 70 while the temp was 63. We hear the unit turn on and run - but the blower would not kick in. I contacted them on a Friday morning. They said they could probably get us serviced late afternoon. They arrived at 1pm. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband had alot of questions, and he answered them. He was here less then 30 minutes

The technician responded quickly and was thorough in his troubleshooting and repair. He diagnosed in issue with the air handler that prevented the air conditioning compressor from operating. This was a follow up call with the company. Our Church has used this company for many years and they have always provided good, prompt, and thorough service. I had a question about the bill and called the office to resolve my questions. The manager spoke with the owner and the two technicians who had worked on the system to determine the answer to my question. The resolution took about 1 day and when she called she was apologetic that it had taken so long. In the end, we resolved my issue and arrived at an amenable solution for both parties. I would recommend this business for their competence and professionalism.

The company showed up when they were suppose to, and they hauled the old unit away as part of their service. They explained everything they were doing. They were very nice gentlemen and did real good service.
