Arrived on time, asked about what issues we were having then explained what he could do for us.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used them. Two years ago we had a flea issue in our yard and in May 2014 we had ants in my kitchen. They sent out a guy named Rex, very professional, clean cut and did a great job. We have not seen another ant or bug since he treated out house.

Technician did say if I was not satisfied with the way he was doing the work, that they would just pack-up and leave. Had they trenched around the foundation as I was told they would do, when they solicited the job, they would have been here much longer. Would the application been more thorough, I do not know. I suggest one research what is involved in doing a proper job and make sure one knows what they are getting for the cost.
Description of Work: Did not trench around foundation inside (under the crawl space) and outside as I was told they would do. Injected something into the ground outside and allegedly inside (under crawl space). Did hear some drilling of cinder blocks(?) under the house. Did watch technician drill driveway at garage doors and inject something. Onsite about 3 hours-was work done properly?

We signed up for an annual plan with them. We've had them come back twice. They are very professional. They've always been on time. They had very reasonable prices.
Description of Work: They came and sprayed the foundation for termites. They drilled holes in the foundation and sprayed inside those as well.

I have been using them for about 8 years. They are extremely professional and if you have any problems they will come out for free.
Description of Work: SUFFOLK PEST CONTROL sprays inside, outside and the yard. They spray about an acre.
