I called on a Thursday to schedule for the following Monday and was told that that would be acceptable. So I scheduled a tech to come out Monday morning first thing. I never received a confirmation of the appointment and no tech came as scheduled. So I called the company and asked about my appointment at which time I was told someone would be out to my home between 0930 and 1000 am. No one showed, so I made several attempts to call the company back but no one answered. my call was forwarded to an answering machine to which I left a message and no one returned my call. I was finally able to get a call answered around 3pm at which time I was told someone would be out shortly. I asked that they call me back and confirm someone was ACTUALLY on the way and no one did. A tech finally showed up about 330 pm took measurements, apologized for the issues and told me the foreman would call me back and that he would see if he could get us a discount because of the difficulties we had encountered. I never received a call back and the following day requested to speak to the "Head person in charge". I received a call from a guy named Sam, who listened to my story then said, "let me stop you right there,....you need to call someone else, we don't want your business." and hung up on me!

My lawnmower threw a rock and broke my bedroom window. I used the provider that was listed for me. the damage was fixed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the result.

Overall great--we would use this company again.

They replaced broken glass on louvre windows for my sunroom. Prompt evaluation and price quote, quick replacement of the broken glass. Very satisfied. I would use this company again.

No one ever showed up at our appointment time. When I called to inquire, the person on the phone didn't know anything about it, and said that there were only two people there and they couldn't leave the shop. The boss had 'stepped' out. We will not be using this company. Disappointed ,as we always want to support our local Suffolk companies.

I was so pleased with Suffolk Glass. Not only did I save money, they cleaned up ALL Of the broken glass, and their mess. Again, they will get my business in the future.

Suffolk glass was a subcontractor on our bathroom reno, they created and installed the most beautiful frameless shower. We ADORE it. The installers were awesome, very courteous and explained the care and maintenance of the shower. They assured us that if anything went wrong they would come fix it, no problem. We would highly recommend Suffolk glass.

They were absolutely phenomenal. They gave me the estimate within a day and had the door installed within another day. Their customer service was top-notch. I contacted another company that was recommended to me but I was not happy with them at all. Suffolk Glass cleaned up everything and they were very responsive. He was there when he said he was going to be and the door was fixed on the day he said it would be. I can’t say enough good about this company.

They did a very good job with replacing the windshield; they always do a great service at the garage. Most of the cost was covered under our car insurance which they handled. They were very helpful and quick at giving us an appointment to get it replaced.
