+ -1 moreIt worked! The cost was a little high, but to fix it the way that he did, I guess he was reasonable. The quality of work is excellent. Well, they didn't show up which kept them from getting the work done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Pumped out septic system. All went well. Scheduling was easy, they were responsive. Only issue we had was they were a bit late and didn't call to say they were behind schedule. (We had been told we were the first job of the day, but they apparently scheduled someone else earlier).A call would have been appreciated. However, a winter storm was headed our way and we appreciated that they kept the appointment for the day scheduled.

+ 0 moreMy septic had backed up into the house. We were looking for an answer beyond just pumping it out. I called RILLCO. I talked with the owner's daughter who runs the office for 20 minutes. She was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. She explained all of the services that RILLCO could do for me. We scheduled the service which would be a septic pump out and septic field restoration. The workmen arrived on time and worked on the septic field for 6 hours. They pumped out the septic field, did a roto-rooter on all the drain field pipes, added a chemical restorative to the field. We discussed long term solutions. We plan to have RILLCO back in the spring for more work. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic needs.
