He has done work for me only one time. He was very punctual and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He got the stains up which he said he could and told me the stains which needed a second trip, so he was real prompt with this and did an excellent job. He is “A+”. I would recommend him to anybody and would like to say that he will do when he say he was going to do and it will be according to everybody’s satisfaction. He was very adamant about customer satisfaction because he said that if anyone is not happy then wouldn’t find him again. He will also make to walk through after he is done his work and would stick to the comments. He said that he was going to be here at 10’o clock and he was here at 10’o clock. He walked into the house and told my wife that it would be easier for him to come through the back door and do his cleaning. So he did everything possible not to crap through the house and didn’t make anymore mess than he had to. He did a very nice job. He cared himself well and did not try to upgrade hard sale. He told exactly what he could do and told what could be and what he couldn’t do. So it was not left in the end to say that he couldn’t get this part out and I already knew that whether it was going to come out or a second trip is going to be needed or it was going to be impossible because I had heavy heating fuel stains in the house and he told that would not come out and everybody else had told the same thing. I would be having him again before Christmas to have the carpets be done again.
