I posted a request for service to clear a clogged drain on Angi late Sunday evening. Outcome Repairs was one of several firms to respond but was the only one that offered to make an appointment for the next morning. They kept the appointment and successfully cleared the clog. The technician was friendly, worked neatly, cleaned up after the job was done. He had explained the pricing policy and billed the job accordingly. He was knowledgeable about what he needed to do and confidently proceeded to complete the job. Overall I was very satisfied with the work. The technician was excellent in all regards. He is certainly a great asset to the company. I highly recommend Outcome Repairs.

Keon was professional and timely with the needed repairs. He was excellent with keeping me informed on what was needed for the project.

Actually we got Keon to replace two leaking faucets located outside the house not to clear clogged or slow drain project. Keon is very friendly, you could ask him questions regarding the project he’s working on. He is very knowledgeable on what he’s doing. But for the price we paid I think it’s too much.

In, the future, if I have any plumbing repairs to be made, I would like the professional (Martin) with Outcome Repairs to come to our rescue again. He was excellent.

Way over priced. If I had known there was a drain run out which was buried I could have bought the tools for the job new for $200 and saved myself $800. They have you under a barrel. He should have done the job at the first price instead of adding another $365 onto the tab to do what should have been included. Now I know and I could have done the job myself. I was taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. It's not good business.

Martin was super professional and he fixed my drain issue quickly and perfectly.

He was very theral making sure everything was done that needed to be done and made sure the job was done right.

I do think labor cost was extreme--at least 6x's the cost of parts plus my hot water in bathroom faucet now takes almost 4 minutes to even get warm and never hot. Personality and demeanor were very good. Questions asked were answered.

This was an emergency situation. A toilet & sink were backing up. I called them around 7:00 pm. They were here by 8:00 pm. The plumber, Martin, was very polite & knowledgeable. I did not have time to shop prices, so I can't effectively rate the amount charged (although the survey instrument requires a rating). I appreciated the help at my mom's house. It was an emergency & they came through without delay.

Martin was professional and friendly! Fixed our plumbing issue in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!
