Came out, changed customer provided packing in sand filter. Paid the labor invoice in full. The next week, an invoice arrived for the part the said THEY provided. It was for $10 part, however, its principal. I provided the part. Lost my business.

Great! Very efficient work, got the job done in a timely manner and fit me into the schedule in their busy season. Love the staff at Oliver's Pool's! Any problem I have, they help me problem solve till the issue is fixed.

They are very efficient. They come when they say they're going to come and do the job. If they see something that needs attention, they let us know. They've never done more than what needed to be done. They are very competitive with their prices as well.

I very rarely run across someone who gives that level of customer service above and beyond what he was being paid. He fixed our leak at 5 in the morning and didn't charge us any extra. He was a very honest person. He had the opportunity to make more money, but turned it down. He told us we could get more use out of our parts, rather than telling us to go and buy new ones.
