From Catlin (who is awesome) that setup my service call & stayed in touch with us every step of the way from working with my home warranty to getting the AC/Heater Unit put in she is the best. This is something we were dealing with since Oct22 but M&J Services wasted no time - the service we received from M&J Services was outstanding. The techs Tray & Mike that came out to work on my Home AC/Heater Unit & was professional & showed concern about getting the job done & done right. If I could give M&J more then 5stars we would so letting others know how great this company is, is my thanks to M&J Services . . .

I called them to replace my HVAC system a couple of years ago. They were great & price was reasonable. They have been servicing it Spring & Fall since & are always professional & reliable. I highly recommend this co.

They are always upfront & honest. He gave me the best case scenario & worst case scenario. I've already referred them to another.

This is the first time I used M&J services. I picked them based on their positive reviews and they did not disappoint. They contacted me promptly to set up time for an appointment, the technician Vinny was on-time, professional, courteous, friendly and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the process (my furnace wasn t working). I will continue to use them going forward and recommend them highly.

Professional service from the call for an appointment to the exit.

I appreciate that they give you a range of when they will arrive and are willing to give you a call 1/2 before arrival. The technician (speciality is air and heating - but also plumbsð ) was friendly, and neatly dressed. He did not leave a mess and was out within an hour. I fell their fee was reasonable. If sink is still free flowing in 30 days will rate them 5 stars for overall job.

He was a very nice guy. He did the job the way I wanted.

Update: The owner and his wife worked with me 100% after I provided them the unfortunate information regarding the incident. As of July 10, 2019, the company provided me with my refund. I am satisfied with the outcome. Original Review: Technician lied about doing the work, lied it appears to his Boss, and misrepresented himself as a Partner. I had another opinion and prior pictures that verified his lack of completion and the work not done. If I had not taken the time to have pictures of my crawl space we would have lost over 2300 dollars. The owner told me he would refund my money. The experience was terrible!

Installed a mini split, great owner, hard workers and I enjoyed an air-conditioned night! So wonderful! I am only one day in but so far so good!

The technician was on-time, very courteous and was able to problem solve a fairly difficult installation. Great service!

A little pricey, but job well done.

They came in saw the problem rite away and wasted no time knowing what they needed to do and how to get it fixed. Very fast and efficient very satisfied with thier wk.

We needed two window air conditioner units moved from the garage and installed in different rooms, one on the second floor. M & J Services was quick to return my call, and they came out early the next morning. Mike and Jacob were very professional, courteous, and did a great job, including cleanup. We are very pleased with their service, and would absolutely hire them again!

Only one time so far. If anything changes I will addend my review.

I received a fast response from M & J following my Home Advisor request. I had an appointment, but Michael still called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He was dressed neatly and was courteous & friendly. The job was more involved than I anticipated, but it was completed in good time. I would certainly call him again!

Michael & Jacob did a great & prompt job on replacing a gas line. Michael always called when they were on their way & gave estimate of time he would arrive. Both were very courteous & friendly. I will be calling them for all my plimbing & HVAC problems!
