M&J services

My AC system had an issue. Called Choice Warranty and Mike (owner) of M&J services responded. Needless to say needed a new system. Warranty would not replace. Decided to invest in a new one. Dealing with Mike was outstanding he provided the options HONESTLY. Install was outstanding Mike and Tray were professional and provided knowledge on the system after every question. I definitely recommend this company.

I have had to use M&J Services twice now for unrelated HVAC repairs. Both times they did an amazing job. Billing was handled through my home warranty. I will always request M&J for any HVAC concerns and I highly recommend their company to anyone.

Mike came over on Friday morning after I called M & J Services after regular hours on Thursday evening to schedule an appointment for Friday. I was so impressed when Mike told me that he would be at my home at 8 :30 a. m. on Friday morning. I was further impressed when Krysta called me on Friday morning to let me know that Mike was 20 twenty minutes out in route to my home. When Mike arrived, he inspected my 23 year old system and appropriately advised me on a brand new Lennox that we were in dire need of. Btw, it was installed on the very next day Saturday . John and Travis arrived early Saturday morning, installed my system, and added padding to my attic door. I am one happy lady. Everything went so smooth. I just have to Give My God All The Glory For directing me to M & J Services. 🤗☺️🧐😊Krysta even scheduled us for our first of two service visits that is included with the purchase of a new install. One other tidbit, if you reside in Northern Suffolk or close, they are right in our neighborhood....

I was out of town but the guys did a jam up job and my wife was pleasantly surprised at how nice they were and the efficiency they worked with. Overall a great experience.

They were great in following up to expedite the delivery of the unit. Installation was fast and professional. Personnel were caring and courteous.

I can not say enough about this company! They replaced my A/C unit under my Home Warranty Company and I had them back out to install a gas line for my kitchen stove. I will use them again for any situation that they are able to do! 10+ stars for sure!!!

They replaced what was needed and gave helpful advice on our units. We are new homeowners and it was nice to get some advice on maintenance for our units. Very quick on replacement. Will use them again in future.

Got off to a rough start, but M&J techs made it right! Diagnosed the issue quickly and called in reinforcements to assist with getting furnace back on line and heating home, thanks!

We have heat again! The technician quickly found the issue and ordered the parts. We set a new time/date right after the part was scheduled to arrive. It came in a day early and they called and worked around my schedule to be able to fix the heat a day early. Every person with the company was polite and eager to help. It sure is appreciated!

Wasn't happy with service within 15 minutes he made a diagnosis of what he thought was wrong I had it re-evaluated a $1,300 job came down to $45, I feel he didn't take enough time to evaluate everything before making a diagnosis but he made me feel uncomfortable with the results. So I paid the $65 fee, cause I don't feel he took the time to really give a good evaluation. He told me it was the motherboard and the igniter would found out it was just a pressure valve when I had it reevaluated.

M & J Services did a heat pump replacement for me. They did an outstanding job with the installation. Krystal also did a great job of working through all the questions I had & the details of the job. They are very reasonably priced & I highly recommend them.

Service was performed and issue resolved

M&J Services was the second contractor that came to our home. The first contractor (HCEC Group, LLC from Chesapeake, VA was seen on Wavy TV 10 for fraudulent charges and messing up people's homes so we made a good decision to not have them come back and started over. The first contractor inflated prices and did not diagnose the issue properly. M & J properly diagnosed the problem and installed a new outside unit. They were prompt with handling our repair and will definitely use their services again in the future. M&J Services have earned our trust and respect simply by doing the right thing. Great job M&J. We are thankful for your services.

These guys are true pros! They came and did a same-day service replacement of my evaporator coil. They gave us a no-hassle great price. They didn’t nickel and dime us, and were very detailed in describing what work they were going to perform. They checked to insure that my parts were not under warranty before providing an estimate. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire again!

M&J Services was spectacular! They called prior to my appointment to let me know when they were on their way. My installation was fast, professional and the staff were all very courteous. They installed a whole house purification system and my house and allergies are so much better. I highly recommend M&J Services to anyone needing work on heat / Air or a whole house purification system. Thank you M&J Services!

Overall an amazing experience. My AC unit blew out and m&j services rearranged their schedule to come out and diagnosis the problem—they kept me informed of the home warranty process and even called home warranty to help push the repair. Their crew is very professional and helpful. I’d highly recommend them!

Air conditioning unit stopped working in this hot weather and M&J services came out the same day a few hours after we called! Mike the technician was great, he was able to diagnose the problem immediately and got our a/c unit back up and running again within minutes. Definitely will be using them again, call M&J services you won’t be disappointed!

M&J were very thorough. They called to confirm my appointment and called 30 minutes before they came out so you are not sitting around for 3 hours. The technician was very pleasant and neatly dressed. The clog was fixed within 1 hr. He did not leave a mess. The fee charged was competitive in fact slightly less than other quotes. I am pleased. With this company.

Perfectly !!! Better than expected !!! The job was completed on time and on budget. I now have a perfectly functioning HVAC system, with free maintenance and scheduled servicing for the next year. GREAT JOB !!!!
