I will not use this service anymore. They bring in different people each time, no continuity and quite frankly we used to be able to trust them to clean the house while we were not there. I don't trust the new people they have brought. I started to go back to the house unannounced and was not happy with their demeanor.

We have a home over 3,000 square feet. They send two people out and they are very quick and very friendly. The manager walks through with you after the work is finished to make sure you are satisfied.

The cleaning was scheduled to start between 0830 and 0900, however, the cleaning team didn't arrive until about 0950. We had called at about 0915 and left a message on the answering machine for the business but no one ever returned the call or let us know the team was running late. The cleaners said their first job had run over but we thought we had the first time slot of the day. While we were happy to have been able to schedule the cleaning on a Saturday morning, the fact the team started an hour after expected also meant they finished an hour later than we anticipated. We thought it was unprofessional not to have called to advise that the cleaners would be late and unacceptable not to have followed up on the phone message left before the cleaners showed up. The wood floors were left a little streaky looking, a window sill in one bathroom as well as several table legs were not dusted and the air intake vent was left hanging open upstairs even though they didn't vacuum the vent. The cleaning job was fair but the overall experience means we will not be using this company again.

My current bi weekly providers. They do a great job each and every time. Phone call the night before reminds me that they are going to be here.

I have just recently got rid of them because I do not feel that they were doing enough for the money. They were an o.k. company as far as being professional. I trusted them as a company. I just thought they could have done a little more work. They seemed to kind of slack off, that s all. If push comes to shove, I would probably hire them again. As of now, I would not.

Maids For You didn't have very good work ethics and their professionalism was non-existent. They came out one day when I was here and they were just walking around doing absolutely nothing that I could see. I inquired about it and the lady told me they could do the job without me here so I told them to get out. It wasn't like the job they did was irreplaceable and anyhow it was time to change for me.
