It was great. They were quick and clean! Very happy with their service.

It went pretty well over all, though I was not real happy with the inside work. They showed up on time, but they took a lot of long breaks, and were on the sloppy side of the work. The inside I found where they missed doing the upper parts of my ceiling in the living room altogether where the molding comes to the ceiling, some of the trim work didn't get a needed second coat, and the kitchen is now showing signs of leaking through. I do not think they gave the kitchen the second coat they said they would. Instead of removing the wall plated they painted over them, and on the door guard they painted around it, which would have been ok if the door plate was not clear. I found drops of paint on the floor even though they put drop cloths down.

They did a very good job.

Mr. Bradshaw and his son were very prompt for the estimate and for the days that they said they would be at my home to work. They suggested using oil paint on the floor of the porch and I have been told by painters in the past that this is a sign of a really good painter---someone who will go through the hassle of using oil paint because he knows it's the right thing to do. Everyone was very cheerful and polite. I told them I was concerned that there would be a lot of uneven areas on the floor of the porch after it was painted (since some of the old paint wouldn't scrape up), but they assured me that their prep work would make the surface smooth so that this wouldn't happen. And they were correct---after the painting was finished, it looked great. There were a couple of small boards in the floor that were bowed and Mr. Bradshaw brought this to my attention and asked if I would like them to replace them. I was concerned that, due to the age of the house (80yrs), they would not be able to get the size of the new boards to look the same as the old ones. He assured me they could take care of this and it turned out fine. The final bill ended up being $75 more than the estimate due to some add-on's that I requested. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again.

They were great from start to finish. The price was fair. Everything was done by hand. They cleaned everything up when they left. They left us all the leftover paint for touch-ups. They were very professional and ran a customer service oriented business. They really know how to do business.

I had to wait a long time to get on their list. I suppose they are very busy because they are very good. I am very pleased with the results. In the past, I have had "painters" use such poor quality paint it literally washed off the house with the first rain. The Bradshaws promised to use high quality paint and they actually did!

Mr. Bradshaw started the power washing on Saturday morning and then left his crew to finish. We went out and when we returned, noticed that a section of the garage had not been power washed. We called and Mr. Bradshaw said they would send someone out on Monday. He called Monday and apologized that the previous job had required more time and would return on Weds. He returned by himself that morning and did the miss and when doing a walk around, was not satisfied with the job done by his crew in a couple other spots and he redid them. He was also not satisfied with the painting done on the front three column and he repainted them. He was very disappointed in his crews job and most apologetic that he had to redo. He did not charge us more than what he had quoted us despite having to spend most of the day redoing the original job. Despite, we would use him again because we know he doesn't settled for shoddy work.

These guys were very detailed orientated. The quality of paint they used was excellent. There were no paint chips anywhere. The guys were very friendly. They made sure they didn't get any paint on our windows. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

I am very happy with the results that they were able to give us. They did the painting in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess behind. I have had no problems with the job they did or the paint that was used. I have used Joe before and I have always been pleased with all the work he has done for me.
