 + -1 moreDr Kapur is awesome. I have been seeing him for about 8 years. My entire family goes to him. He asks about each of us when the others visit and is always responsive through the myChart email system. His bedside manor to me is great. I like concentrating on the facts and he always asks about previous visit issues. He gives it straight and listens to my description of the issues.

 + -1 moreStaff friendly and prompt. I felt as if my very presence was an issue. Somwaht overweight patient and he did not like my asking questions. I transferred to another physician.
Description of Work: Rountine appointment. He was very unfriendly, and not open to answering questions. Took offense when I questioned a medication and shared that his family members use the same. Explained concern was based on FDA website. Very dismissive and condescending. The most unpleasant medical appointment in my life!!! Not sure if his frustrations was based on me or my being overweight.

 + 0 moreShe was very nice and competent and I liked her. She didn't act rushed, answered all my questions and it was a pleasant appointment. However, when I had another problem a month later, they could not see me in the office as they were too busy and would not have anything available for 3 weeks! I was told to go to an urgent care. I don't hire a doctor to be passed off to an urgent care. When I am sick, I want to see my primary care physician as they know my history and medications. While I like Dr. Kellogg and probably would have stayed, I decided not to use her or Harbour View because of the distance to my house and work as well as their availability.
Description of Work: My doctor left Harbour View Family Practice and planned to use Dr. Kellogg. She performed a physical.
