Elizabeth River Lawn

We had several contractors come to our home to view the project that we are looking to have completed and to get quotes. This particular contractor called an hour before our appointment and needed to reschedule, we did for later that afternoon. He arrived 15 minutes late, but did call to say he would be late. Once he arrived, we began discussing the work to be done and were interrupted by his phone, which he answered and spoke to the person on the other line. Several minutes later, he accepted yet another call even telling the caller that he was available to talk and did for several minutes-right in the middle of our consult! After we finished our consultation, he said he would email the quote to us "probably" in the next two days. He was told that we were planning on making our decision that Friday but would wait until Monday to make sure we received his proposal in time (which gave him three additional days to submit it to us). We waited an entire week from our initial meeting and we still received nothing-no phone call, email, or proposal. Suffice it to say, we will NOT be using this contractor for this project or future projects.
