I placed an emergency call to this company when my A/C unit was failing to cool the house. I gave my information to the dispatcher who told me I would get a call in the next 10 min. 40 minutes later I called back when I failed to recieve a call. 15 minutes later the repair man called. He got to the house in the estimated amount of time. I directed him to the unit and he started his assesment. 2 hrs later after urinating in my bathroom without flushing, leaving the gate open for my dog to run away, and cracking the ceiling tile that covers the attic space, I was informed that he did not have the part neccessary to repair the unit and it would be two more days before the part would be available becuase of the weekend. He then asked for payment for the diagnostic charge and proceeded to try to write my credit card number on a place of cardboard he had riped off a box in my attic. I refused to allow him to do this and he then remembered he had invoices back in the truck. After we took care of the paperwork and he left, I called the company to confirm that he was their employee and to voice my complaints. The owner of the company was very apologenic and offered to replace the tile. I refused and he waived the diagnostic charge. I will never again call this company for service.
