Absolutely incompetent! Installed hardwood floors without acclimating the new wood to the house. Within months the floors they installed buckled. He also glued hardwood floors to the slab section of the house replacing Pergo wood floors that lasted 15 years. These buckled 5 to 6 boards together causing humps in the floor of up to 6 inches. These were very dangerous for my in-laws who visit every Sunday. We had to wait about a year before he would come back and refinish the cupped floors in our entire house. We had to rent a hotel room for the week at our cost. Jeff the owner refused to fix the slab portion so we had to hire another contractor to put down tile at a cost of $2500.00. After they refinished the floor again there are serious gouges in the finished floor. Jeff the owner didn't even want to see the finished floor after I contacted him and asked for reimbursement for the slab portion he refused to re-do.

Fair. Sanding was excellent and professional. The clean up of dust from the job was insufficient. Also, by not cleaning the dust some of it fell back into the wet finish and left noticeable marks on the floor. It seemed after promising to do the job for me in a certain time period the company was rushed to fit me in their schedule. By doing this the job seemed incomplete or not the best effort.
