+ -1 morePerfect - all units are working fine and did not need any extra work or parts (2 zones). Personnel were on time, polite, clean, and obviously experienced. I have to say, this is the very first time that I have ever had these systems checked that the servicing technician did not find something wrong that was going to cost me extra $$$$. That builds credibility and tells me that if they do find something wrong in the future, I can believe the work is necessary. Thank you Conrad's Climate Control - you guys are great!

+ -1 moreIt took 4 days, one day longer than anticipated but the existing installers had done such a poor job that Conrad's employees had even more work than anticipated. No matter, they just did what they had to do and got it done right, which is what really mattered. My house went from taking over 2 hours to heat due to all the air loss to under 28 minutes. I can't wait to see our heating bill next month and how much less it will be. Scott is a local and does alot of work in the Chesapeake area and for good reason, hes professional and very outgoing. Even my landscaper goes through him for his HVAC needs.
Description of Work: After moving into new house, we realized inspectors missed the fact that 4/10 ducts in the crawlspace weren't attacked, the rigid ducking was falling apart, and the evaporator coil and furnace weren't installed correctly and bleeding air into the garage. They replaced all the ducting, fixed the issues in the garage and even replaced my condenser for the same price that most were just willing to replace the ducting.
