The technician arrived on time, and execute thorough inspection of the property. He may several recommendation for us. At the end he left asking for NO charge. We are very impressed with Coastal Pest Control!

They do good work and will come back at NC if another treatment is needed. Last June we had an ant invasion a few weeks after our quarterly treatment. We called and they sent a technician, Ryan, over the next day. Ryan went through the house and noted and treated infestation areas. Then he spent about an hour outside and found numerous ant trails. He treated the trails he found with a pesticide and ant bait and then retreated the entire outside of the house. Within two days we were without any ants-zero! And BTW-no extra charge:).

I needed a company to spray the house for fleas and ticks and Coastal did just that! Excellent service and the tech was very professional. They even called a day before to remind me about my appointment which seems in this day and age as a lost customer service trait. Only slight gripe was the tech was a few minutes late out of the 3 hour window given to me, although he called which was good. Highly recommended!

They are very trustworthy. I used someone previously who was not as honest as Coastal. When the owner, Lane, would come out to the home, he would tell me if there was or wasn't a problem. If there weren't any problems, he didn't charge me for the service.

I've used this company for several years, and continue to receive excellent service at a fair price. Today was a special call (outside of my regular quarterly service) to address a concern about rodents in my crawl space. The technicial made a special, unscheduled trip by my house. Even though there were no visible signs of rodents (only suspicions) he happily placed 2 rodent baits on my property; one in my crawl space and one in my work shed, and promised to follow up during my next quarterly treatment to make sure they were working. This is just one of many postive experiences I have had with this company over the last few years. They are always on-time, courteous, and professional. I have never received a bill for any additional trips they have made (though, off-cycle treatments are few and far between). At $70 per quarter, I find their service to be excellent.

I had them for a year, they came out every month. They're good. They're dependable. I had a problem with ants and they got rid of them.

They are always on time. They always follow up on their work if needed.

They contact us by phone when it is time to perform the service and we schedule a time and date. They always arrive on time and the service providers are very thorough, friendly, and professional.

I manage a multifamily housing community and we have a contract with Coastal Pest Control to come out twice a month to handle any pest issues. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Their technicians noticed we have spiders in the breezeways and sprayed them down without even being asked. They are by far one of my favorite vendors. Lane is the consummate professional and just a good guy. I would trust him to treat my home while I'm not there. You don't often find someone who is honest and trustworthy that does such a great job. I love Coastal!

I am happy with them. If you find anything they are willing to come back out to re-spray.

We have an ongoing contract with them. They come when they say they will. They do what they are supposed to do. They call me to let me know that they are coming and ask me if there is anything else other than the spraying. We are almost in the country near the Nashville River. We got lots of critters and bugs. I don't care one way or the other. My husband has a thing about bugs. Coastal Pest Control comes and treats the outside of the house. That's basically what they do. I don't have to be here when they come. The lady will call and ask if there is anything they need to know. If there is something specific I need done, I tell them that I will be there when they come out. Most times, they call and they come out somewhere in the first week of each month. The price they charge is per quarter. They charge more if I tell them to come and do the inside treatment. The contract price we pay is basically to keep us bug free and keep my husband happy.

I am very happy with them. They come on a regular basis. They are worth every penny because we have a very big problem with termites in this area. Pest control is a very big business down here. I told them that they are only allowed to send a technician who knows the house; they are not allowed to just send out anybody. I get the regular guy or there are one or two other guys that are allowed to come because they are familiar with the property. It?s not just your monthly treatment; I get termite inspections twice a year. Because the water table is so high down here, it?s very hard to completely get rid of termites because of course the right colonies might hatch out 23 billion termites that are flying up in the air and then low and behold some little termites going to be successful. They use a product called termidor. There are very specific laws in the state of Virginia about the use of termindor, they can?t put it down when it?s raining. They put termidor down and that creates a barrier that the termites don?t see and because they groom each other and burrow through the termidor it gets onto their body and they don?t realize it?s there. It gets into their nervous system and it kills them. They just stop feeding and they die. The whole colony dies because they groom the queen. They don?t know that it?s there; it?s kind of an amazing product. They are not allowed to use termidor down unless there are termites there, it?s against the law. They also come and use other things that are environmentally friendly to keep the ants from coming in and whatever other bugs come in. The only place that I?ve ever lived in the world where the bugs are just as bad is Hawaii. The bugs are just terrible in Hawaii because it?s tropical. They have Formosan termites; they don?t have those on the East coast. It?s too cold here. Formosan termites get into your house and they don?t need a source of water because they get their water right from the moisture in the wood and they will destroy your house. We really like Coastal Pest Control. They are my buddies. I see them more than anybody else because they have a contract with me. I am very pleased that I found them because a lot of these companies down here do not have a good reputation. A lot of times they will get into a job where they will realize that there are problems and they will call Coastal Pest Control to come and fix the problem. They don?t just do pest control, they do mold remediation. I think Coastal Pest Control will not work for people without some level of a contract. I think that protects them, but also helps the customer. They are a very long established company.

Swarming termites inside the house on a Sunday morning were the problem. I left a message on the emergency line and got a return call in under an hour. Under the existing contract at $375 per year, the prompt diagnosis and treatment on Monday were free. The second, more extensive treatment on a rain free day will also be free. The technician immediately found the source of the swarm. He then gained access to the concrete expansion joint, drilled holes, and injected the exterminating foam. He did not rush me, showed me the problem area in the crawl space, and he answered all of my questions. Coastal Pest Control does not violate EPA rules, and they make a point of discussing the EPA guidelines with the costumer. The technician called the same day to schedule the second "trenching" treatment. All of the staff at Coastal are friendly and helpful and I feel fortunate to have found this company.

In my opinion some of their technicians do better work than others. However, the company does an all-around precise job on everything from estimates, treatments and billing. I am very pleased with them.

We just moved into our home and we had a bad ant infestation around the house. Costal Pest Control said it was the worst that they have ever seen. They did a fantastic job and we have not had any problems since. I appreciate the all around great service.

Coastal called and made an appointment to do the inspection and they showed up on time. There were no signs of insects, so we didn t have them spray or anything. We were much more comfortable with Coastal than our last exterminator.

I have been quite content with the services that the people at Coastal Pest have to offer. I have been using their services for a while now and have even taken the extra step to sign a contract with them. They only come once a year right now which has been fine, but, if it is needed they will come out at any given time for any problems that might arise.

I have been using Coastal Pest Control for many years. There prices alone make me not ever want to leave. I think they might offer lower prices the longer you have been there. I am happy with them always showing up on time every year too. They always have the most decent, courteous bunch of professionals on their staff too. Unless something would change in their prices or staffing, I will not be changing my appointments.
