+ -1 moreI offered 1K over next highest bid in escallation clause. The Realitor from this company told the buyer not to accept my bid because I am using the sale of my house for downpayment. The agent told the seller of the house at Windsor drive Carrsville Va that if the buyer from my sale pulled out then I would have to also, which is a lie. The sale of my house has nothing to do with the purchase offer made. I do not know if the agent, P, is new or not, but she lied to the seller and cost the seller money and an easy sale. Our clause was up to 300K with the listed price of 248,900 on the house. The seller lost upto 50 K.
