 + -1 moreThe plumber was great at fitting me in his schedule. However, he messed up the plastic that was underneath the house. Didn't fix the problem and charged me $165 for basically nothing. He also left a breakfast sandwich wrapper underneath the house... Lovely. My husband ended up fixing the problem for $40. Please save yourself your money and find someone else to"fix" your plumbing problems.
Description of Work: The pipes underneath the house needed to be raised to create a downward grade.

 + -1 moreMark with Campbell plumbing was very professional, arrived on time, and went over and above in installing my sump pump. Due to an oversight the manufacturer of the pump I needed to have, SantiFlo, the correct panel for the pump was not provided when they shipped it to us. Consequently, the pump did not work correctly. Campbell plumbing had to return to replace the correct panel and did so without charge to me because they did not want to penalize me for a mistake made by Santiflo. . I hope Santiflo agrees to reimburse Campbell Plumbing for their time involved in having to replace the panel board. I will definitely use Campbell Plumbing out of Suffolk, VA. They are an honest and professional company. They could have said too bad and just walked away but they didn't. They went over and above in getting my basement bathroom back in working condition. Many thanks to Campbell Plumbing!

 + -1 moreThey are fast, clean up after their work, and friendly. I have their business card on my refrigerator for the next time I need a plumber. When I call and the call is picked up by answering machine, they call back right away. They have always come over the next day.
Description of Work: I have had Campbell's twice. The first time to unplug a drain and the second time to fix a couple of leaks in my faucets.

Description of Work: Mark was on time got right down to the business of determine the source of an odor. Using a methane sniffer he determined the problem to be a wax seal required replacing. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Had a problem 2 days later, called Mike he came right out and resolved the issue in short order.
