B & D Plumbing

I called at 1:20 PM on Friday to request a service call. Don arrived on Saturday morning at 11:00 AM and was finished in less than one hour. The service was friendly and professional in all aspects and I will call on then again the next time I am in need.

Called Monday night and they sent someone over Tuesday morning. I found a leak in the basement and under the sink. He said he would be here between 8 and 10, and showed up at 8:50. He was here for an hour and 45 minutes. He found where the leak was coming from and fixed it. He also check all of the other pipes and tightened them up while he was here. He also installed the garbage disposal.

It was fine. We have a home warranty and needed to use this provider. 2 trips and we still need to make sure the toliet flushes correctly.

I have qest pipe in my home. It has burst several times in my family room. We realized we had to at least get all the piping out of the family room so we would not have this problem in there again. I got an estimate from B & D Plumbers and five others. B & D Plubmers were the only ones who estimated to get the pipes entirely out of my family room PLUS repipe into my laundry room and kitchen. They were patient in explaining things to me and when I suggested I needed another preventative maintenance piping concern handled, he was in agreement and came back and tackled that issue for me too. He worked neatly so the contractor who will be coming to work behind him, will not have to tear out entire walls of the family room now. He worked very neatly and cleared up behind him self completely. I was very pleased and would highly recommend B & D Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work in the future.

We moved into a "renovated" house and immediately had some plumbing issues (downstairs toilet backing up). Donnie Came out and investigated, redid the flange (where he found some roots) and located an improperly capped (and hidden by previous owners) main clean out at the back of the house that had the roots growing on the outside of the line. Those roots were cleared, but the problem of roots inside the line still existed in the front of the house. Donnie promptly tried to clear the line with a snake, and was able to locate the problem. The city was called, to attempt to locate the city clean out, but had no luck. Donnie promptly came back out and dug up the suspect portion of the line, found the issue, and remedied it. He and Kathy were informative, clear, professional, quick, and very reasonably priced.

Don and his assistant arrived within the time frame given. They were both extremely pleasant and very professional. They arrived prepared with all necessary materials. The price quoted included replacing bad drywall as well. They were on site for approximately 2.5 hours. While they were on site they also took care of a leak under the kitchen sink for a nominal price. It was nice of them to do this so I did not have to place another call. Overall, I would definitely use them again and would recommed their services to others.

Professional, on time and fair priced will continue to use them

I have used them for years. They are good at what they do and they are reasonably priced. They are very responsive and they always call you back. They do great work. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
