Description of Work: B & B General Contracting was contracted to do a complete remodel of my full and half bathrooms. I was quoted to complete the job it would take 1 week and it turned out to be 4 weeks. The owner was rude. They did not complete the job as described in the contract (i.e ripping out walls to the studs, replacing rotten wood)and refused to do the job as I requested. When I told them how I wanted it done, they told me I could do it myself if that's how I wanted it done. They left my doors and windows open all day during 100 degree plus day, causing my AC to overwork itself causing me to have to pay an AC repair person to come out and fix my unit, in which I received no compensation from B & B General Contracting. They also left a rag in my sewage plumbing causing my drains to not work correctly after they left. Finally my toilets stopped flushing and sewage backed up into my tub. I had to call a plumber who found a rag stuffed in my sewage line left from the remodel. This cost me additional money in which I received no compensation for. As a matter of fact when I told the owner about this via text. His response was a thumbs up emoji. I could go on for days about the lack of quality and lack of professionalism of this company. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!
