Anthony Randolph Plastering & Drywall Restoration

The ceiling had started to fall and we asked several contractors to give us a quote. Mr. Randolph offered a competitive price. From the initial contact through Angie's List through the end of the job he always called back, he used email to send quotes, he shows up when he says he will, calls when he's running late. He is very conscientious. When Mr. Randolph started to work on the repair he discovered more of the ceiling had fallen than appeared. He marked the loose areas, called me to explain and ask what I wanted to do: proceed or check the ceiling where he had marked. We postponed the repair, checked the ceiling and found it in need of more repair than we thought. We received a quote for the repair within a day and had the job completed a little over a week after the original schedule, due mainly to our schedule. He is very neat - covering the floor with roof paper and tape, left no mess behind, removed and replaced all of the furniture on both days, removed and replaced the ceiling fan, and did an excellent job plastering the ceiling. I plan to hire him for more work.

Mr. Randolph is a true professional. He did everything when and how he said he would. He gave me and Angie's list discount. He left me a finished job of first rate quality. He left the work site neater than he found it. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing professionally done reasonably priced drywall or plaster work.

Room looks great. Quality of work for the price is outstanding. Panel was removed and hauled away. Walls and ceiling drywalled and plasterd. They even adjusted their schedule so that we could paint the room before the trim was put on. They did little things that were not even on the estimate like replacing a light switch and looking for trim to match the old trim we had. They went the extra distance to make sure everything looks good. No cutting corners! Refreshing to see someone that takes pride in their workmanship. We will rehire for any future jobs we have.

He responded to our phone call immediately. He came over within a day or two. He did an excellent job and the place looks really good.

Mr. Randolph was very prompt in returning our phone calls and always arrived on time when he said he would. At times he worked alone and at other times he had a helper. We liked that he did not have unsupervised employees. He did the work himself. We were very satisfied with his workmanship and the final room looks great. We felt like his price was reasonable for the job. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Randolph's work is reasonable price and done well. I'm very pleased with the result. He is a professional and goes out of his way to be of assistance. He took the time to install 2 new ceiling fans that I had purchased to replace the old ones that had to be taken down. They were much heavier than the older ones and much more of a challenge to install. I appreciated this very much. In addition, he installed two new air-conditioning vents in the ceiling so that they would match the paint at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend him and I would not hesitate to call him again for future renovations.

Anthony did a wonderful job! He was on time from the get go and was well prepared. We had not gotten a chance to take everything down off our walls or move the furniture and Anthony and his co-worker did it all. We had bought the paint ahead of time for him and bought the wrong color for the ceiling and he exchanged it for us at lunch. We have very high ceilings and he was able to do them perfectly & the walls look fantastic. He fixed all cracks and nail pops expertly. He also made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Anthony was also pleasant and professional. He got the job done on time as well. We plan on using Anthony again for our bedrooms and to repair drywall in our garage. He was extremely professional, cheerful, and does great work.

After consulting Angie's List, and reading the reviews, I contacted Mr. Randolph. His reviews were the best on here, and I didn't want to settle for anything less. He exceeded all the expectations I had, not only in his work, but his professionalism as well. He came out and assessed the repair needed and soon thereafter, sent me an estimate, via email, listing the necessary materials and the labor costs. Mr. Randolph and his assistant, Juan, came out, on schedule, and got to work immediately. They covered the work area with plastic sheeting, and respected my kitchen, as if they were working in their own homes. Mr. Randolph and Juan were very friendly, polite, but always professional. He performed the task effortlessly and made it very interesting for me to watch. He created the swirled pattern that matched the existing one. :D I did have a very minor issue, it was after the repair area had dried. I noticed that some plaster had gotten on the wall (up by the ceiling) and dried white. He promptly came out, and wiped it off, using only using a damp towel. The previous person refused to come back so Anthony looked at it. I liked that I called him and he came and completed the work all in the same day. His price was fair, he did what I asked with no problems.

At the time I was managing my own rental property and had a hole in a plaster wall that needed to be fixed. Mr. Randolph was extremely helpful with everything, including finding additional problems (squirrels in the walls that had removed all of the old insulation) and was a great help in acting as the contractor for the vinyl siding repair, stud replacement, insulation, plaster repair and painting of all the repaired spots. I would definitely use him again for any interior projects.

It was excellent. Mr. Randolph completed the job in one day. He arrived ontime, put down plastic sheeting from the door to the room, and got to work quickly removing the damaged ceiling. When I returned, the ceiling looked like nothing had ever happened, it was that good!

I contacted Mr. Anthony Randolph based on the reviews I read on Angie?s List. All the feedback was positive. I called him on Tuesday afternoon to arrange for and estimate. He was going to set it up so we could meet on Wednesday but mentioned that he could stop by that evening if I had availability to meet him. We agreed on the Tuesday night meeting. He was very busy on another job that night and was running late. He was very professional and kept me informed. He met me well after his normal business hours and we discussed the repair of three holes in the ceiling. I mentioned to him that I was under a time constraint because I had company coming to visit the following week. I was so impress with his attitude and professionalism that I did not call any other dry wall repair companies. Mr. Randolph quickly provided a very professional estimate via email. He mentioned that he could do the work that Saturday. I accepted his proposal and he agreed to come over at 9:00 AM on Saturday the 23rd of January. He called about 8:30 AM to let me know that he would be a few minutes late because he was picking up materials from Home Depot. He arrived at 9:03AM and went right to work. Originally I only asked him to work on holes in two ceiling. My wife reminded me that we had another hole in our utility room ceiling and one of the walls where we had a water heater taken out and replaced by an outside unit. Mr. Randolph took it all in stride and agreed to do the extra work for a fair price. When he was repairing the hole in the kitchen ceiling he noticed a crack in another location on the same ceiling and repaired it gratis. Mr. Randolph worked steadily from arrival until nearly 4:00 PM. I am totally satisfied with his work and commend his professionalism. He is a Christian man and Navy Veteran. He has an amazing work ethic and his pricing is totally fair. He even contacted me five days after the work was done to make sure that my wife was as satisfied as I was with the results. As far as I am concerned, Mr. Anthony Randolph is my first choice for all my drywall needs.

Our roof failed during the harsh storms in late November and the ceiling in our sunroom began to bulge as if it would fall in. Mr. Randolph came out immediately after I called him and recommended that we remove the bulging area to avoid collapse. He was very professional and helpful and returned within a day after the roof was replaced to complete the repair and painted the ceiling as well. We have renters in this home and therefore, we were dealing with the repairs from Florida. Mr. Randolph acted as a very professional liason between us and our renters, making the repairs painless for both of us.

Mr. Randolph from beginning to end was a delight. He ran into a problem while taking the 2x4 down down the ceiling as some of it caved in unexpectedly. This caused him some extra effort and time and he worked until late to get it to the point that it would be ready for sanding the next day. He called the first morning to see if it was okay that he be a few minutes late (10 minutes) in order to drop some supplies off at another job. From my experience, that's UNHEARD of kind of courtesy!! The second day he brought a helper who was just as nice and did quality work as Mr. Randolph. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!!

I called Mr. Randolph on December 1st and he came out that evening. He arrived on time. He gave me date he could start and told me how long it would take to complete the repairs. He faxed me an estimate the next day and kept he informed until the day he started. The day he started, he again arrived on time (a sign that he's always prompt) and inside of 10 minutes was cutting his first piece of sheetrock/drywall to repair my walls. In 6 days, my walls were repaired and painted. He's so good, he even matched the texture on my ceilings. He is a Christian, honest and trustworthy. He delivers a quality product, takes pride in his work, and his reputation. He also cares about his customers. The week after the work was done, another storm came through bringing lots of rain; Mr. Randolph called to check on ME (and the house) to make sure I was in good condition. I have already recommended him to several people and recommend him to anyone reading this. HE DELIVERS.

Anthony was very professional, from start to finish. After I found him on Angie's List, he was out to give me an estimate the next morning. That evening I received a quote via e-mail. His price was very reasonable to start with, and he gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. Once I decided to go with him, he scheduled the job for the following week. He and his painter (I believe his name was Jake) were in and out in 1 1/2 days, and even cleaned up before they left--mopped the floor and everything! I have already asked him to price out two more jobs for me and will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors. Also, I should mention that I am a female that works from home, and never once felt uneasy with them in my home, and they did not interrupt my work day.

It went just like it is supposed to. Mr. Randolph's experience shows . He knocked out a popcorn ceiling job with perfect results . He is also a very nice person . Call him , you won't be disappointed .

Anthony Randolph is a true professional in every sense of the word. He strives for customer satisfaction and pays attention to every detail. Any spot of the ceiling my wife was not happy with, Anthony gladly re-did that area. He worked on Thanksgiving day to stay on schedule. He is fair, reasonable, and he works on your house like it was his own. Anthony was a joy to work with----dedicated, reasonable, fair, and hard working. He strives to make you, the customer happy, and will try his best to ensure that happens. In addition, what we thought was going to be an extremely messy job was done in such a way that, upon completion, you would have never known we were dealing with the elimination of popcorn ceilings in the first place. The service, professionalism and timeliness was really above reproach and that comes before the wonder price. I had been searching for someone to take on this task for a while before Mr. Randolph was referred to me.
