dryer vent cleaning
 + -1 moreThe dryer vent was up for a cleaning. He called me back within 24 hours after I left a voice mail. Set up the appointment which was 2 days after the call. Arrived on time, did the job properly, very professional.

 + -1 moreThe company arrived on time and got to work straight away. Before entering our house he laid down a sheet to walk on as he had to go in and out of the house. He removed his shoes while inside and laid down another sheet in front of the fireplace. He cleaned the gas fireplace logs and inspected the fireplace inside and the stack outside. He was very polite and answered all our questions.
Description of Work: Logs in gas fireplace were cleaned and chimney was inspected.

 + -1 moreIt went great. He is prompt, professional and comfortable to work with. Additionally, his pricing is excellent.
Description of Work: Steve comes in, lays out his protective cloths, vacuums, cleans the interior of the chimney, inspects the interior and exterior of the chimney, inspects the fire cap, cleans the glass, and finishes by cleaning up everything. There is never a mess when he is here. Finally, he gives you a written inspection for insurance purposes, explaining anything that needs to be fixed for optimal safety.

 + -1 moreMr Estes arrived on time. He took his time working on a VERY clogged dryer vent and when finished even took it upon himself to check my gas fireplace which has not been operational for five years. I will recommend him to anyone who needs either chimney or dryer vent cleaning.
