+ -1 moreThe owner, Ray Dixon, picked up the laptop computer from my hotel. I learned via voice mail that the computer had been repaired and would be delivered the following day. Since I had moved to a different hotel, we completed the transaction at a convenient location off-base since I was TDY at Norfolk Naval Station. Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service--complete satisfaction. David Carlson. This completes my review. END
Description of Work: The provider completed a software repair on a laptop computer. Scanned for viruses. Provided software repair of startup routine. :Provided back-up discs for reference Recommended that bard-drive be replaced. Category: Computer Repair Repair of laptop computer that had a software problem. This was a special request granted as a courtesy since I needed immediate service in a city I was unfamiliar with, far from my hometown.
