Steve and his helper were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained all the options to encourage the squirrels to find alternate living arrangements. When it appeared they had left, he found and sealed up the access points and treated with an organic repellent. Best of all he reduced the price since he did not have to set traps and revisit to check them. Overall very pleased.

I called Stephen Nagy to ask him to take a look at our problem - it appeared we had mice in the house and after several attempts to get rid of them, they were still here. Mr. Nagy and I set up a time - 5:00 pm on Friday, and he showed up on time! We were impressed with his knowledge of how mice could get into a home, and the things he could do to help us out. After a thorough examination of the exterior, to include moving into the crawl space, he found the likely entrance point. We discussed what he could do for us - the price was fair, and he set to work. He was done in about 35 - 40 minutes; plugged the hole, sprayed repellant outside, set traps inside, and then said he would check with us on Monday to see how things were doing. He even offered to empty the traps should we get a mouse in the trap. We found him professional, easy to work with, and his services were priced fairly. Steven came in to kill a nest of bees and some beetles eating my trees. When the bees came back he rushed out and treated again with no extra charge.

Steve Nagy is very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. Steve made at least 4 trips to my home to apply termidor to the foundation of my new construction home during various stages of construction. He always arrived when he said he would, explained in detail what he would do and then did exactly what he said he would do and charged a reasonable price. You can't ask much more than that. He even came back to re-apply termidor in the same location after the weather delayed construction and there was some chance the rain might have diluted the previous application. I am completely satisfied with Steve's performance.

We have been plagued with more and more mosquitoes over the past few years. It had gotten so bad that we didn't want to use our pool. Our grandchildren were targets for those nasty pests every time they went into the yard. We seldom wanted to be outside even though we have a nice yard. Mr Nagy sprayed and, since that time, we have not been bitten by a mosquito. We have enjoyed the pool, the yard, picnics, etc. We are very pleased. It has given us a freedom to be outdoors that we haven't had for several years. Mr Nagy used natural pest spray which lessened our concerns about our grandchildren being harmed by it. He also gave us an estimate prior to coming to the house and we accepted that estimate to be what we would pay him. When he got here he revised the price, cutting it in half. We appreciated his honesty. We will call Mr Nagy again. We have recommended him to our friends and will continue to do so.

Mr. Nagy, who helped me in June of this year with a very bad ant problem, responded within less than one hour, and agreed to come in the afternoon to survey the problem, and returned after dark to do the work. The job was done safely, quickly, and completely. He is a very skilled professional with considerable scientific knowledge. I strongly recommend for any pest control problem.

Mr. Nagy has a serious and professional background in pest control. He took personal responsibility for making sure my problem with thousands of very tiny ants was quickly and completely eliminated. He returned in three days to reexamine all areas and apply additional materials to assure no re-emergence of the infestation. He used only green, biodegradable chemicals, and was very careful around my fish pond. He also checked over my storage building. He carefully and patiently explained everything he was doing. I strongly recommend him.

It went well. We had no problems. They're reliable. So far, so good. It's an annual service. We're waiting to see whether the stink bugs come back and whether or not he has taken care of that problem. They're very concerned about the environment and using organic pesticides. They use organic pesticides and they worked really well. They were doing remediation so that when the spring comes, we wouldn't have a lot of pests and bugs and I think it's working. They show up when they say they are.

Provider has had recent hip surgery and was not able to help us at this time with our issues.

It was excellent service. It's one guy and he is very personable and actually listens. He goes above and beyond. I would recommed them to other people.
