Description of Work: Lotts came by the house to fix washer. He had to come twice. The 1st time we thouht it was fixed. But After paying close to a $100.00 and being told we were using to much detergent. A week later and 2 loads of wash it started doing the same thing. I again called Lotts. They said they would send the service man out and check again. He called on the phone and said he'd talked to several other servicemen, and said he knew what the problem was. (the same thing I had suggested the 1st time he came) and needed to order a part. He said the part would be in early next week. This was on a Thursday. On Tuesday he called and said the part was in, but he couldn't install it until Thursday between 1&5pm. He finally showed up at 8:30 that night. It took him approximately 1/2 hour to install and check it out. It is finally fixed and cost us another $200.00.

Description of Work: Had problems with a dishwasher not draining. The service tech found the drain line kinked. He fixed the line and ran the washer through a couple of cycles. Everything seems fine now.

+ 0 moreMy parents' refrigerator died during this Christmas holiday week. We went to Lotts, a local business that they have dealt with before (see last year's review when we replaced their broken gas oven at Christmastime!). We found a refrigerator very similiar to the model they had (but with some better features). Jennifer Lotts gave us a 10% discount and arranged same-day delivery and hookup (icemaker and in-door water and ice). These folks couldn't be nicer to deal with, pricing is good and their service is excellent. They're local and have a sterling reputation for backing and servicing their products them. Lotts makes buying local the most reasonable choice!
Description of Work: Purchased new side-by-side refrigerator to replace non-working one. Refrigerator delivered and set up same day (including taking away old one).
