They showed up on time but work quality seemed to go downhill as they went on. They left large gaps that had to be calked by the painters. Every painter expressed concern that gaps were unnessary and would require lots of caulk which caused a larger paint price to get the job completed. There were little things that needed to be done after they left the job and it was weeks before they came back.
Description of Work: Replaced siding to Hardee board.

He came and quoted a price for the job. I added two TV cables and two phone cables at an open wall area and he charged me 280.00 to do that part! The additional jobs I asked for he charged a very high amount. He also added ceiling fans and wall outlet. He also added an additional fee which should have been included in the estimate in the beginning due to the National Electric Code Book. The original fee was 2000.00. He tried to charge me 3232.49. I ended up paying him 2664.55 after the job was done with all the extras. He filed a judgment in court for 770.94 when the balance was only 567.94. The judge awarded him 440.00. There were many things that were not done properly and when I called him to fix things, he would not work with me. He said it was my problem. He is licensed but failed to do the job properly. He would ask another contractor for example to pull the lights under the cabinets. This was his job and as a result this part was off centered. The electrical wires were taped to my gas furnace and were laying in the condensation pan. There was no GFI installed in my pool therefore for the rest of the season it was not protected. The panel box was not labeled properly and there were electrical wires hanging in the basement that were not put up into the ceiling. I had the city inspector to examine the work and he flunked the exam. I now have to find a new electrician to do the job right. The city wanted me to have him come back and finalize the job. He came back twice and could not figure out what he had done on his own job. I requested he leave after breaking my door.
Description of Work: He wired a kitchen addition and upgraded the service.
