Being both a seller and purchaser, I feel fortunate to being working with a groups who provides such excellent services and support to their customers. When selling or buying a home the details are numerous. Let me just say that Melissa Crider and Sager Real Estate continue to provide us, on a daily basis, the highest quality of service and professionalism.
Description of Work: I have worked with Sager Real Estate (this is the correct name of the company)on several occasions over the past 15 years and on each occasion they have provided professional and quality service. I have been fortunate to have contact with different agents in the office but Melissa Crider is my agent. Nine years ago she handled the purchase of my salon space as well as the sale of our home. She is currently, as an agent for Sager Real Estate, is assisting my husband and I with the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Ms. Crider has always gone above and beyond what is expected. There is never been a time when she has not made herself available to us to show properties and answer questions. She is not only knowledgeable of the area and properties but knows our preferences and needs and as a result has showed us properties suited to us.

+ -1 moreFrom day one, they have been nothing but courteous and exceptionally helpful. We have had to go into the office a few times, as well as call, for our own reasons (understanding our lease, talking to the realtor, etc.) and the front desk has always been polite and professional. In the recent weeks, we have been having a major issue with our landlord and a water leak. Melissa Crider, the realtor we have been talking to at Sager, has gone above and beyond the call of duty with helping us keep in contact with the landlord and plumber. I know the entire office is aware of our situation and provided advice and recommendations in order for us to receive the most current and useful information. They have a large team of realtors and I would recommend them to anyone moving to the Strasburg area.
Description of Work: My fiance and I have been in contact with Sager since the middle of July, 2012. We were moving from the Pittsburgh area to the Shenandoah Valley. We had been searching in Front Royal for about two weeks with no luck- finding rentals or looking at the available ones. The moment we walked into Sager we were looking at the available rentals and that very afternoon we looked at two and filled out an application.
